Established in 2009 and registered as a limited company in 2010, WHYTE’S Property Maintenance Ltd specialise in smaller renovations, repairs and ongoing improvements for domestic and commercial properties.
Within this short space of time our customers have come to rely on our bespoke service, reliability, good reputation and value for money.
We offer an unrivalled, high-quality professional service at affordable prices. Our customers range from residential properties to pre-school nurseries, and currently we provide our services to one of London’s leading independent childcare nursery schools. WHYTE’S Property Maintenance complies with Part P (Domestic Electrical Installation) requirements of the Building Regulations for England & Wales. We hold a £5m public liability policy, and have been DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked for your peace of mind.
All our repairs are covered by a three month guarantee, and new work covered by a full 12 month guarantee.
